
Interactive awareness campaign encourages responsible recycling, environmental stewardship, and participation in an ongoing collection drive
RLG India recently conducted a sustainability awareness and employee engagement initiative for Siemens employees, aimed at promoting responsible recycling practices and strengthening environmental consciousness within the workplace.
Designed to combine education with participation, the campaign engaged employees through a range of interactive activities focused on waste management, sustainability, and environmental responsibility. With an estimated footfall of approximately 350 participants, the event witnessed enthusiastic involvement from employees across the organization, with more than 50 individuals actively participating in awareness and engagement activities.
To make sustainability concepts more engaging and relatable, RLG India organized a series of interactive activities that encouraged employees to learn about responsible waste management in a fun and participative manner.
Activities included:
Painting Competition, allowing participants to creatively showcase their vision for a sustainable future.
Sort Us Together, an activity focused on understanding proper waste segregation and recycling practices.
Let’s Catch the Magnets, an interactive game designed to reinforce sustainability and recycling concepts.
The activities generated strong participation and positive engagement, highlighting employees’ growing interest in environmental initiatives and sustainable lifestyle practices.
