About Clean to Green
Clean to Green Society™ (C2G) is a purpose-led non-profit organisation advancing environmental awareness, responsible collection and circular-economy participation across India. We partner with individuals, corporates, institutions, government bodies and communities to convert sustainability priorities into structured, stakeholder-focused programmes with clear implementation pathways and measurable outcomes. Our work spans awareness and IEC campaigns, technology-enabled collection, CSR and sustainability advisory, programme implementation, PMU support, employee volunteering, government partnerships, knowledge sharing, research, sectoral benchmarking, carbon footprinting, due diligence, monitoring and evaluation, impact assessment, SROI, dashboards, and CSR compliance and reporting.
Since inception, C2G has reached more than 50 lakh people through 9,116+ activities across 152+ cities in 28 states and 8 Union Territories, supported by an above-the-line media reach of over 5 crore. This scale reflects C2G’s ability to combine awareness, mobilisation, collection-linked action and evidence-based reporting into programmes that are practical, participatory and outcome-oriented.

Ms. Radhika Kalia is a business leader, sustainability advocate and champion of the circular economy, with over three decades of experience in business leadership, corporate affairs, CSR, communications, marketing and stakeholder engagement.
As President of Clean to Green Society (C2G), Ms. Kalia leads the organisation’s mission to create greater awareness, participation and action around responsible consumption, resource conservation and environmental sustainability. Under her leadership, C2G has developed and supported large-scale initiatives that connect communities, businesses, institutions, and other stakeholders to the principles of responsible waste management and a circular economy.
Her work is driven by a clear belief that sustainability must move beyond awareness to action. Through C2G and her wider professional work, she has championed initiatives that promote responsible collection, segregation, recycling, resource recovery and the reintegration of materials into the economy. Collectively, the programmes and ecosystems she has helped build have contributed to the responsible management and recycling of 500,000+ metric tonnes of waste and post-consumer materials across India.
One of the significant initiatives associated with her sustainability journey is E-Safai, undertaken in collaboration with GIZ India. The programme focused on developing a more inclusive, responsible and sustainable e-waste value chain by bringing together awareness, collection, recycling, capacity building, and stakeholder engagement. It reflected Ms. Kalia’s commitment to developing practical models that can create lasting environmental and social impact.
Ms. Kalia has also been actively involved in industry and policy dialogue on sustainability, e-waste management, Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR), circular economy, and responsible recycling. She contributes to leading industry platforms including CII, FICCI, MAIT, ASSOCHAM and AIMA, and has been associated with the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) Expert Review Committee on e-waste awareness.
Alongside her role at Clean to Green Society, Ms. Kalia is the Managing Director of RLG Systems India Pvt. Ltd., where she has played a pivotal role in building and scaling one of India’s established reverse logistics and resource recovery networks. Her experience across business and the social sector enables her to bring together commercial sustainability, environmental responsibility, and community engagement.
Her contribution to sustainability, CSR and responsible business has been recognised through several national honours, including the Green Globe Award 2023, presented by Shri Nitin Gadkari, Hon’ble Minister for Road Transport & Highways, Government of India, along with multiple recognitions for leadership in sustainability, CSR, corporate affairs and environmental stewardship.
Through her leadership at Clean to Green Society, Ms. Kalia continues to advocate for a cleaner, greener and more circular India—where environmental responsibility is embedded not only in policy and business practices, but also in the everyday choices of communities and citizens.
