Innovative waste management solutions and awareness initiatives showcase RLG India’s commitment to environmental responsibility in healthcare 

New Delhi, India – RLG India proudly participated as the Sustainability Partner at IRACON’25, India’s premier rheumatology conference, held at Yashobhoomi, New Delhi, from 9-12 October. Through a series of innovative sustainability initiatives and awareness programs, RLG reinforced its commitment to promoting responsible biomedical waste management and advancing environmental stewardship within the healthcare ecosystem. 

Throughout the four-day conference, RLG India implemented a range of eco-conscious measures designed to reduce waste generation and encourage sustainable practices among attendees. These initiatives included the deployment of lanyard reuse boxes across the venue to facilitate the collection and reuse of conference badges and accessories, significantly reducing single-use waste. 

Further supporting the event’s sustainability objectives, RLG distributed seed paper pens carrying the message “Write. Grow. Repeat.” These environmentally friendly giveaways reflected the company’s philosophy of transforming everyday actions into opportunities for positive environmental impact. 

To enhance waste segregation and responsible disposal practices, RLG also introduced recyclable bin bags and strategically placed waste segregation signage throughout the venue, helping attendees identify and dispose of waste correctly.
